A leading agricultural enterprise is seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fieldwork, crop planning, spraying, and a strong understanding of current market trends to optimize farm productivity and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily farm operations and fieldwork activities

- Develop and implement effective crop plans to maximize yield

- Manage and supervise spraying schedules ensuring compliance with safety standards

- Monitor market trends to advise on crop selection and sales strategies

- Coordinate and lead farm workers to achieve operational targets

- Maintain accurate records of farm activities and inputs

- Prepare and submit timely reports on farm progress and operations

- Follow through on established systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance

Qualifications and Experience

Professional Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field

- Proven experience in farm supervision or agronomy roles

- Strong knowledge of crop production techniques and pest management

- Familiarity with agricultural spraying equipment and safety protocols

- Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to farm planning

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to produce timely reports and follow through on operational systems
