Sales and Digital Marketer

Job Description

We are a growing meat center and grocery seeking an entry-level Sales & Digital Marketer to help us expand our customer base and strengthen our online presence.Appliance who reside within Chisipite/Mabvuku or Tafara are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Promote meat and grocery products through **social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok).

- Create engaging content (photos, short videos, captions) showcasing products and promotions.

- Manage and grow online customer engagement and inquiries.

- **Convert online presence into sales** by driving customer traffic to the shop and closing online orders.

- Assist with in-store sales, customer service, and product promotions.

- Track and report on marketing campaigns and sales performance.

- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas for promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum: **O-Level certificate**.

- Diploma or certificate in **Marketing, Sales, or Digital Media** is an added advantage.

- Must have a **portfolio of social media marketing work**, preferably in grocery, retail, or food-related businesses.

Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of **digital marketing tools** (social media ads, content creation, analytics).

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Creativity in designing posts and promotions.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Passion for sales and marketing in the food industry.

- Results-driven mindset with focus on **turning online engagement into purchases**.
